TO ISAAC THOMAS & ILLUSTRATED "AMERICAN ANTIQUES FROM THE ISRAEL SACK COLLECTION'', "THOMAS WAGSTAFFE, LONDON" INSCRIBED DIAL the dial signed by Thomas Wagstaffe (1724-1802) London, the case Philadelphia circa 1760 attributed to Isaac Thomas, Williston, Chester County, PA, the scroll-cut removable ogee molded top above a conforming hood with hinged arched glazed door with applied colonnettes over a conforming case fitted with arched door on a plinth with bracket feet
